Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. Please read the following return policy carefully.

Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Condition

Item/s must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Any signs of wear and tear, damage, or stains will result in the item being ineligible for return.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, clearance, pre-loved, Market, Baby Expo or final sale items. 

Refund or Exchange

You may choose between a refund or exchange for your returned item. If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship your new item once we receive your original purchase.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. However, if we made an error in processing your order or the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required to process any returns or exchanges.

Returning items from overseas

Little Flock Of Horrors cannot exchange or return items from overseas addresses. This applies to customers who bought from Little Flock Of Horrors, while visiting New Zealand from overseas, and decided to return or exchange items once they returned home.
